I am a spinning instructor, personal trainer and crazy athlete so when it comes to indoor machines I am a wee bit picky. This bike is an excellent purchase, especially at such an affordable price. Now, one thing I have to say is that it was a bit confusing what company it actually came from: Amazon.com has the best customer service when issues pop up and I think they actually go over the top and may even cover up other company's messups. This bike was perfect, but the right pedal had a strange deep clicking noise and you could feel it in your foot too. It was not simply an annoying sound, but a very troublesome 'feel' as you rotated your leg around. I tried to deal with the company it came from via Amazon, but no reply. So then I phoned Amazon directly and they immediately wanted to fix the issue. They wanted to send a new bike! I did NOT want the money to be spent on s/h for that when it was only a pedal issue. So I called the company it originated from back and asked that a replacement pedal be sent to me. They finally replied in an email that one was on the way. In the meantime, I was tired of waiting and ordered a clipless pedal to use with my mtn. bike shoes.. they came quick (through Amazon.com) and thus... the companie's replacement pedal did not. I tried the other pedals on the bike and was excited that there was NO clicking, NO noise. It fixed the problem. So it is the original pedal that is defective, NOT the whole bike. Then a new bike showed up two days ago from Amazon! They want the other one back after all. I do not have the time to break it down and box it up and am now happy with it, so I will call Amazon to have the 2nd bike returned, this all at thier expense. Alas, no pedal has shown up from the company yet. Amazon ROCKS. The companies they warehouse from do not always live up to Amazon and consumer standards! I am thrilled with the bike now! And I still LOVE Amazon.com.

I the only thing I'd like better is the saddle. It's sort of uncomfortable for longer rides. Other than that, I love it.

Solid as a rock. Used to use an Airdyne. This bike is a better ride and much quieter. Great value when compared to other training cycles. Glad I got it.
